Jeff has nearly thirty years of experience as a private equity investor and operating executive in middle market businesses. He currently serves as Executive Chairman of Paxton/Patterson, Science Interactive Group, and Financial Aid Services and as Director of Futuri Media and Galileo Preparatory Academy.  Jeff previously served as the Executive Chairman of TouchMath. Before joining Millpond, Jeff served as an Operating Partner at The Riverside Company for eight years. Jeff served as the Chairman of six portfolio companies, from a variety of industries, including business services, education and training, healthcare, and others. Prior to joining Riverside, Jeff was the Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Global Travel International, a travel services business with more than 30,000 agents world-wide. Jeff also served as COO, CFO, and Board Member of JTECH Communications, a Bain Capital Company, the leader in the on-premise paging system business and CFO, VP Operations and VP Sales at Coiltronics, now a Cooper Industries division and leader in high-end electromagnetic components. Jeff also consulted at a wide range of software businesses and, earlier in his career, was a management consultant with Laventhol & Horwath, CPA.

He earned his BS in Economics and Business and his MBA from Vanderbilt University.

He lives in Boca Raton, Florida.
