Marty has more than 25 years of operational and investing experience combining C-suite leadership with extensive investment research and analysis. Prior to joining Millpond, Marty served as Chief Financial Officer at Futuri Media, where he led financial strategy, planning, and budgeting while serving as a strategic partner to the founder and CEO. Prior to Futuri, Marty served as Portfolio Manager, Technology Sector Lead, and Research Analyst in investment management at Victory Capital (NASDAQ: VCTR) a diversified global asset management firm with $302.9 billion in assets under management, and was responsible for due diligence and investment decisions across the Technology, Media, and Consumer industries. His investment insights have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones News Service, and Associated Press. Marty currently serves on the board of Financial Aid Services and Futuri Media.

Marty earned his M.B.A. in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from The Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University. He serves as a founding board member of the Emotional Relief Fund, a non-profit providing financial support for teens in need of mental healthcare. Marty currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife, three daughters, and dog Teddi.
